This home is a fabulous holiday home for famlies or couples. 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms provides familes and friends the room and privacy to enjoy all this home has to offer. That is safe secure gardens, playgound, pool table , several living areas and lots of nice space to sit and be. The lovely open chef’s kitchen (granite and stainless) is the hub of the home, offering easy living. The outdoor living is great with a large covered pavillion and bbq area, along with more intimate covered outdoor dining connecting to the kitchen so the chef is not left out!!
The pool and surrounds are riverside and fully gated by glass. The views are fantastic and East North East to wide water . The front garden is safe and secure for little ones with its own playground. New tiling and carpet throughout..Fans and air-conditioning and a fire for cooler nights ensure comfort all year round.

Bedrooms and accomodation arrangements

This house has been designed to ideally suit either 4 couples or families wanting to enjoy a holiday together but still have their own space. All the bedrooms are really large and spacious. . Master 1 has a King Bed , and a double pull out sofa bed lounge along with an ensuite, seperate toilet, spa bath, walk in robe, flat screen TV/DVD/Foxtel,balcony. Master 2 has a Queen bed, single day bed, ensuite with bath, main river views. The 3rd bedroom has a double with a single day bed, walkin robe and ensuite. The 4th bedroom is a double bedroom with a full bathroom opposite. In the media/pool room the lounges also pull out to beds for those extra little ones!

Located 5 minutes from the heart of Surfers, super close to the M1 to get to theme parks, local restaurants, botannical; gardens, parks and family pubs. The aim is to make your stay as perfect as possible whether that be a minimal service option or a tailor made holiday to accomadet your every need. The house has all that is necessary for a wonderful stay including full linen, towels and beach towels. Books, games and fishing rods are there to enjoy. Bring your boat! The pontoon can cater for up to a 40′ boat. The ski lane is only 1k up stream. There is a jet ski or tinny lift too. Anything you would like can be arranged from extra servicing, linen , roll aways to full catering, baby sitting, boat hire, transport and transfers. If you are wanting catering, BBQ Packs, wine , the pantry stocked, DVD hire, bikes , all you have to do is let us know. Anything you would like on arrival can be arranged.
